How much does it cost to be a vendor?
$25/week. The fee for a reserved area at the market is only $25 per week.
Can I sign up online?
Yes. Go to the Online Application page to submit your applicaiton and reserve your spot with payment. You will only be notified if your product is not approved.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Go to the Online Application page to pay via Paypal. You DO NOT have to have a paypal account to use this feature, you can use a regular credit card.
Can I sign up for one Saturday at a time?
Yes. You can decide to be a vendor for one Saturday only.
How do I ensure I get the spot that I want to get?
Reserved spaces are arranged for Vendor Membors. Placement per Saturday for non-Vendor Memvers are determined by the Director, any requests should be made in advance and if possible will be determined by Director.
Is there a discount for signing up for more than one week? the whole season?
Yes. If you sign up for the entire season, you are considered a Vendor Sponsor and pay only $450 and get a reserved booth for the whole season.The savings is $300 to purchase the full season at once, versus weekly.
How long does the season last?
29 Saturdays. The season runs every Saturday from April 16th through October 29th.
Do I have to go through any approval process to sign up? If so, How do I do it?
Yes. You must have your product approved by the Market committee one time prior to exhibiting. To do so, go to the Online Application page and submit your form and e-mail a picture of your product. Then, you can reserve your spot with a payment. You will be contacted if your products is NOT approved. This is a family friendly market and items that are deemed inappropriate may not be allowed.
Can I sell food? Can I use an open flame grill?
Yes. Food vendors are welcome. Open flame grill ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Can I rent a table? a tent?
Yes. Tents and tables are available for rent. Reserve yours on the Online Application Page
What are the setup procedures and times?
Can I break down my booth early if I want to?
No. You may only break down your booth before 2:00 p.m. if you are COMPLETELY sold out of your items.
